Here at CrossFit Watertown, we've decided to tackle the Zone for the month of March; in fact, most of our members have already taken a "running start" and made their meals much more Zone-friendly. Kudos to Becky for ditching the Cupcake Breakfast and turning her daily meal plan into something she can actually talk about with pride! Props also to Mary, who's already lost 4 pounds on the Zone and March isn't even here yet! So, not only are we ditching the cupcakes from our diets, but we also have cultivated a healthy fear of the cupcake, as in we're hitting our workouts because no one wants to find their photo on our new "Cupcake of the Month" poster, complete with all the frilly accoutrements of something that's all sugar and no substance.
