Kirk and Chris bang out some Overhead Squats during "Nancy" last night.

RUNDOWN OF A TYPICAL CHRIS OHS SET

1. Lis says, "You've got 15 shots to make this the perfect squat!!!!!"
2. Chris thinks to himself, "I can bang out ONE good one."
3. Chris approaches the rack and gets the bar overhead.
4. "Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels. Weight on my heels..."
5. Chris squats. The weight was NOT on his heels.
6. Repeat steps 1 & 5 for 5x15.

(And, I'm not certain, but I believe Kirk's last utterance at the end of "Nancy" was something to the extent of "I'm dead. You've killed me. Are you happy now?")
