International Day
You've heard the expression Waiting for the other shoe to drop? Well, here is Chris waiting for the wallball to drop during "Karen."
Ever wonder what CrossFit would look like in other languages? Try Russian or Swedish. And let's not forget our friends over at CrossFit Santiago who translated the CrossFit Watertown Mindset for the good folks in Chile. Gracias, amigos! (We are quite proud of our high school Spanish; just don't ask us to do more than order beer, find the bathroom, and swear -- we know our limits.)
And, there is no need for translation when you're watching Greg Amundson tackle "G.I. Jane." Strong is strong, in any language:

Thanks for the mention Lisbeth, but could we not translate your writing? when its superb! Your work inspires us so thanks again.

I'm not gonna lie. I kind of look like the "undead" in that picture...
...but if I'm a zombie, I'm at least a zombie that ROCKED those wallballs!

Oh, and when is bench pressing happening this week? Hopefully on Tuesday or Friday?

Thank you for the kind words, Pavel!
And, Chris -- Bench Press was supposed to be today but since Kirk had a birthday this weekend, I think we might have to shift BP to tomorrow and work up a little something special for tonight . . .

Sweet! I'm looking forward to establishing a benchmark (pun intended) tomorrow then!
