Serious Stuff
Having a hard time getting L Pull-ups? Rich found that wearing crazy shorts really helped.
(All right, we are soooo lying on that. This photo is doctored. Rich was actually wearing navy blue shorts. And doing handstand push-ups. Wow, amazing what you can do with a photo editor, huh?)
Tired of regular push-ups? Take a look at CrossFit's Playing With Push-ups.
And, over at the New York Times, if you want to be serious, you can take their Health and Body Quiz. (We got a B+. And we would have received an A if they weren't so fussy about facts and all that medical stuff.)

Some of those push-up variations are downright nuts! As that video progressed, they just kept getting harder and harder. I was expecting the last one to be "Pushup + 'Helen'".

I watched that with my wife right around when I started up with this crazy watertown place... I decided as some sort of unofficial goal that I wanted to be able to eventually do those superman push ups. I tried doing one and if that is not something that uses a helluva lot of muscles to do... holy cow.
Though deadlifts and pullups wouldn't be bad things either.... :)

Unreal hard. I just tried them on my office floor after eating half of an egg-salad wrap. Yeah, that wasn't the smartest idea . . .
In the latest news, though, we have the start of a third team for the Mem. Day Challenge! K is leading the way . . . and rumor has it that she's bringing beer. Who wants to sign up now?

I knew there was a reason our place is located in the same building as a package store.
And I think we may finally have Nate's attention . . .
