Free Introductory Class
Interested but not sure you're ready for CrossFit Fundamentals? We offer a free introductory class every Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. We'll discuss CrossFit, go over a few basic movements, and get in a great workout! Everyone is welcome. (Special Note: No Sat classes on May 24th and May 31st.)
If you would like to join our Introductory Class on Wednesday or Saturday, please e-mail us info@crossfitwatertown.com to secure your spot. We will contact you to confirm your attendance before the class. Please note: if you do not e-mail us, there may not be a class! So let us know if you want to attend!
