Monday - Friday 6am (Also M/W/F at 12 pm.)

Mon-Fri 5:45pm (plus Tues/Thurs at 4:45pm)

Sat 8:00am-10am ("Open Hours": Roll in whenever you like and start your workout, with personalized instruction and coaching, of course.)

Prices and Payment

1.) New members are required to take CrossFit Fundamentals before participating in any classes. CF Fundamentals are three (3) personal training sessions designed to safely introduce you to the CrossFit methods. These sessions are offered at the discounted rate of $150 plus tax (total) for all three sessions.

2.) Once you've completed CF Fundamentals, you are eligible to sign up for our classes. You can choose between three options:

Unlimited Classes for the entire month: $185 plus tax

3x/week (total of 12 classes per month): $150 plus tax

2x/week (total of 8 classes per month): $120 plus tax

3.) If, CrossFit seems right for you, just let your automatic monthly electronic fund transfers continue. If not, stop your Paypal subscription. It's that easy. No contract, no hassle!

4.) Student Special: 3 months for $300 plus tax.

5.) Student Special For Fundamentals: 3 sessions for $100 plus tax.

CrossFit Watertown is in Oakville?

  • Oakville is a Watertown borough, next to Waterbury, 30 minutes from Danbury or Hartford, and just a few miles from Route 8 and I-84.

Where Are We?

  • Look for the kayaks: we're next to CT Outdoors. Park in the lot behind Pin Shop Liquors. We're open on weekday mornings from 6-7am and evenings from 6-7pm (5-7 on Tues/Thurs) as well as Saturday mornings from 8:30am-10:00m.
